Great for applying paste-style shoe polish to shoes. I suppose this could also be used to groom a Chinchilla, but I wouldn't recommend it for that purpose unless it's brand new (the brush). Two of these glued together back to back might make quick work of scrubbing an arm pit, hint, hint. The pointed end of the handle could be used as a pick to clear plaque from your teeth if you file it down a bit, but I wouldn't recommend brushing your teeth with these brushes unless you have a whole lot more space between your cheek and gums than I do. I saw my roommate using one of these brushes to style his eyebrow; what does that tell you? Yup, one big uni-brow!!! Oh, and keep these away from your pets. My dog wanted to bury them and I hadn't even put polish on them yet. He didn't even think twice about it or look guilty when I marched out there to claim my property. Yes, I would recommend this brush to just about anyone. (ages 5 and up)
