Bought both - kept the Navy sent back Rocket. The Navy runs a bit large and has plenty of toe room, whereas the Rocket V runs a bit small, is tight with sole insert (I had to take it out - then lost the "bounce"), and it has a pointed toe which was uncomfortable for me. For support, aethetics and comfort - no contest - the Navy. Best thing about the Rocket - no laces and stylish. However, for orthpedic support - go with the Navy and deal with the laces.I liked it being so comfortable. I have fasciitis, so it is good I get some relief I work a lot on my feet. I do janitorial work. I am also into power lifting.Bought for my daughter but they didn’t fit. Had to return them. There was no size available to exchange these.
